Yesterday at the airport, I bought Charlotte an elephant. This elephant in fact:
This morning she came in and I asked her if she liked it and asked her what the elephants name was. I believe I said “What is her name”. Charlotte quickly corrected me and said that the elephant looked like a boy.
Excuse me.
“What is HIS name.”
DH picks up the elephant and says “Yep, its a boy alright.” I sat up from bed and said “Surely, its not anatomically correct?” And my dh said “oh yeah.” Then Charlotte pipes in “Its a big boy! Like you daddy. Daddy your a big boy.”
This is the point where your child says something totally hilarious that means nothing but as two adults you fall all over yourself giggling.

Oh all animal toys have their boy parts (and sometimes girl parts if they can figure out how to work it in there) lately. You haven’t noticed? I go to the toy store the other day to buy a toy horse for my son. Seriously, the wiener on this thing was HUGE. I put it back and laughed my ass off all the way back to the car.
