That article totally pissed me off! (I can sound like a sailer too!)

It drives me totally crazy when people think mommy bloggers/reviews get stuff for “free”. Really? Because I think my time is pretty valuable and the $5 item you sent me to try out is NOT worth the 2 hours I spent taking pictures, writing the post and marketing a giveaway (assuming there was one). You can’t try out ice cream and say, oh, here is your sample back! You can’t test out clothing, wear it, wash it and then give it back! Thanks Dove for letting me try out your deodorant. Now, I’m sure you want your sample back.

Companies give out samples all the time. Why are we blasted for trying out a sample and keeping it? And why would I risk my own reputation to promote a product I don’t like? If I like it, I’ll tell you. If I think there is room for improvement, I’ll tell that too. If I don’t like it at all I’ll tell the sponsor and offer to send the sample back.

    Nuff said.

I don’t do paid posts. I have never been told what to say. I write what I think and that is all.

I’m sorry that Double Bugs got singled out. That was unfair and a cheap shot given they didn’t have their facts straight anyway. Saying you got it from Mom Central is disclosing it you AP morons.

What a freaking crock! I studied Journalism – it seems like they’re just jumping on the “Hate on Mommy Bloggers” bandwagon and didn’t check jack shit before writing the article. AP sucks ass anyway.

And the AP expects us to trust their reporting. They, too, have Dubya syndrome.

The article is disheartening! Love the review though! I am just starting my review blog, and the thought of being criticized for my opinion by the AP was never even a thought. Go figure when there is no other news in the world to report about.

You kiss your kids with a mouth like that? ;)

KIDDING! I love it! I love that you have the sweetest, most innocent babyface and you even look like a cheerleader today with your bow and then you drop f-bombs!

    The best!

Ya, that’s pretty lame about AP, but they’re just jealous about the new kids on the block. It’s like old school skiers bashing snowboarders…
