Arrrrreeeeee Yoouuuu Readdyyy Toooo Blooooogggggg?

I was sitting here contemplating to myself about blogging. I don’t consider myself a professional blogger by any means. Heck, I’m not even an amateur blogger. On occasion, I get a crimp in my tail feather and decide I have something to say and publish it on the web and maybe someone comes along and comments and I get all giddy inside. Cause you know..out of the 5 billion people on the Internet, one comments and its like the President of the United states stopped by to personally say hi. I’m kinda pathetic like that.

So back to blogging..when I started blogging with other bloggers, I found this whole world that, in all honesty, cracks me up SO much. I imagine two computers facing each other, a Nintendo Wii in the middle….”NO ITS MINE!” “No ITS MINE!” “ITS MY CONTEST, I POSTED FIRST” “ NO, IT’S MY CONTACT.”

Let me say that I’m 30 (yes, thats me over there, and darn proud of it). My Daughter is 3.5 and she doesn’t even come home with this much drama and she is in summer camp all week long. I, personally, do not want to be involved in ANY blogging wars, fights, rumbles, or blog offs. I think it would make my carpal tunnel worse.

I have found friendships among bloggers. I enjoy talking to people and finding out the real person behind the blog. If you’re like me, something has to move you to want to write about it. I have found friendships in many girls online and love talking to new people on the phone and connecting to them as moms and as friends. I certainly wouldn’t want to have a blog off’s with them.  Or…do I…….muahahahha. Heck, I could actually bring thier reputation down if they hang out with my non-known blog. I guess it’s a risk they will have to take.

But in the immortal words of MLK…can’t we all just get along?

  1. Hi thanks for the add! I proudly displayed your button on my blog, I hope it generates more Mommy traffic! I will continue to check back and spread the word! Happy 4th!

  2. I guess I haven’t seen any of that yet. I am thankful though, I despise the pettiness that can come from anything.

Who would have thought that blogging would be so competative!
