Become Beauty: Review and Giveaway (June 14)

In just a few short weeks, I will be having a birthday. I have never dreaded a birthday before, but I think this one will hit me hard. 35. I feel like I am a kid, but by turning 35, I feel like 40 is right around the corner!

So, it is time (or past time) to start really taking care of my skin if I want to look “10 years younger!” I think “anti-aging” products are a reality for me.  I know I could certainly use some eye cream or night cream to add to my regimen.  But where to start? There are so many products out there, I don’t want to waste my time and money on the wrong ones!

I was fortunate enough to try out the Age Resistant Hand Smoothing Complex and Age Resistant Rejuvenating Hand Cream.  The Smoothing complex features “sea salt rich in minerals and invigorating aromatic oils” in a Sweetmint and Orange Oil scent.  First of all, I have to say that I love, love, LOVE the scent.  It smells clean and invigorating…..not heavy or floral at all.  After scrubbing my hands, they felt incredible!  I follwed the scrub with the Hand Cream which also has the same great scent.  It was not greasy and quickly absorbed into the skin. 

I work in a lab, so I wear gloves all day long and wash my hands multiple times a day.  As you can imagine, my hands are not looking so hot!  I wanted to share these products with my lab co-workers, so I brought both the Smoothing Complex and Hand Cream to work and everyone loved it!

I wish that the hand cream would come in more than one scent.  While I really liked the scent, I would be nice to change it up a little every now and then.
