Last month we ran Americas Next Top Blogger reality game here on MomDot. It was so exciting that over 56,000 unique visitors came to watch as 20 Bloggers were faced with daily (and sometimes outrageous) challenges while we whittled them down to the one girl that would call herself America’s Next Top Blogger.

The challenges ranged from speed races, creating graphics, pictures challenges, and hilarous blog posts where we browbeat them into finding out if they had what it takes to be an A list blogger.

The Highlight of the competition for me was a toss between the Britney Spears Look A like contest and the singing the National Anthem over the phone.

But what really was great, is the bond many of the bloggers made as a part of the competition.

Starting July 1st, we are hosting a brand new game with all new challenges.

The Amazing Blogger Race

This time we will be sending you around the Blogosphere to complete challenges on other blogs as well as our own.

Our games tend to be a culmination of several reality TV game rules in one. A challenge will be put up. The winner will get to pick two people up for vote off. Then there will be a veto challenge where the two people get a chance to save themselves, then a vote to remove someone. This goes on until we have ONE winner left.

The prize is GLORY and to be able to call yourself the WINNER.

(actually the prize was glory last time, but we ended up being able to add a vacuum to the Glory. We hope to have something at the end of this one as well.)

While the real amazing race consists of partners, we have chosen to start out as singles. There will be chances to gain partnerships throughout the game.

If you sign up, please COMMIT to doing your best to play the game. Not everyone can do every challenge at every moment, but dont sign up and never return.Its not fair to the active players considering we can only take so many entrants.

Signups will run from today till Wednesday the 24th. The player lists will be announced by Friday the 26th.

The game begins July 1st.
