Shark Park Bounce House

Having a bounce house is fun. I cannot stress that enough.

In fact, just a few months ago we discovered a commercial bounce house warehouse that is just about 45 minutes or so from our house. We bought a 7 visit pass and it has unlimited bounce time during those visits. The downside is, no adults are allowed to play. Trust me, sitting there watching all the kids screaming and having a great time for 3 hours, is a total downer.

Where’s my fun?

I don’t know about you, but I want to play too. And because I like instant gratification, I want to be in my own backyard, with my own bathroom, my own shower, and my own kitchen to have a sandwich in.

I am sure you do too. SO I am going to rescue you.

Check out this new Bounce House Slide called Shark Park. Watch around 2:42 when the fence opens in the background…she just showed up out of nowhere.

Hilarious.

Whether you are talking winter or summer, it has plenty of uses for exercise, sun, and FUN.

The best part?

Its in my backyard and I can play too!

(without someone seeing me in a swimsuit)

Setup:

The worst part of set up was how heavy the box is. The UPS man had to dolly it in and my husband had to use a wagon to bring it to the backyard. Once it was out of the box and spread out, it was easy to navigate around the yard. after that, a simple plug in and it was set up.

The water feature is an excellent design. Velcro in place and voila. Its kept out of the way so you don’t run into it on the way down the slide.

Set up took 20 min from box to play. Most of that was deciding what area of the yard to put it in.

And because we were avoiding the cat poop in the grass. LOL

Features:

Jump castle, slide, water slide, easy footholds to go up on, pool area, sprinkler play

Problems:

Our next door neighbor was jumping in the bounce house and went to slide out and got her hair caught in the Velcro. (btw, it looks torn..its not, just was wet so it made a knot..her hair was fine)

Remember…always have adult supervision. Chris rescued her.

Charlotte went down the slide SO much she started to get slide butt burn. LOL

Worth noting:

The instructions say to not leave it out in the sun when not in use because the sun can break down the vinyl over time. Its too bulky to put it up and take it down everyday as often as its going to be used.

We are thinking we will just get a cover for it and lay it over the top when not in use.

Once we had it up

Kids appeared at the fence.

Literally.

Complaints:

Uh. None. Come on. Look at it. It’s a blast. And Charlotte slept like a dream last night.

I had to wake her up this morning for school.

A little of the fine print about our Shark Park:

Shark Park Ultra Play Park by Blast Zone

The Shark Park Ultra Play Park Inflatable is the next Great White-Wild-Wet Wonder. This Back yard adventure is a 10-in-1 combo, with everything you need to keep little mariners entertained for hours upon hours. The big 19′ x 11′ x 8.25′ adventure land comes out of the box with fantastic features: An 8′ long Commercial Vinyl Slide, a 5′ long climbing wall, a 3-person shark-tank bouncer that doubles as a ball pit, an 80 square-foot splash pool, 3 shark-fin sprayers, 1 overhead sprayer, and a fun crawl tunnel.

Adventurers mount the inflatable beast by climbing the back ramp, complete with safety handles, foot holes and a safety platform. The bouncer (with commercial vinyl surface) is fully-enclosed by safety netting, and entering is simple; crawl in through the tunnel, or enter the Shark Tank through the front to bounce around with the other little live creatures.

The Shark Park gives little ones quite a workout. When it’s time to chill out, the splash lagoon provides a safe, relaxing place to cool off! Optional Play Balls sold separately.
