Hi gang! Its mommy blogger Michelle here, and it’s time for another Celebrity Round-up!  Let’s get right into it!

It looks like Britney Spears’ father will retain permanent custody over Brit Brit – poor thing.  His control of her was supposed to end on December 31st, but a review of her mental health records made it necessary for it to be a permanent thing.  Looks like we won’t be seeing any more crazy head shaving, umbrella bashing manic episodes any time soon.   It might not be all bad, though – if Brit wants to go on tour, companies might be more willing to work with her knowing she has a responsible adult backing her.  I just feel bad for her boys!  She has visitation and I’m sure K-Fed is a more than able father, but I’m sure they want to be with their mommy!

Awwww, total baby cuteness!  Gwen Stefani has finally released pictures of her second son, Zuma Nesta Rock Rosdale,  with hubby Gavin Rosdale.  I want to know what’s up with their crazy names!  Both boys supposedly have names that honor Bob Marley — son Kingston is named for Kingston, Jamaica, which I guess is a nod to Reggae music and Bob Marley, and Zuma’s middle name, Nesta was Bob Marley’s first name before an immigration official switched it with his middle name, Robert.  I guess they *really* love Bob Marley! That’s some serious homage to one singer!  And I think she looks totally beautiful in these pictures!

It’s a “NO” for Simon Cowell and Terri Seymour.  The couple of six years has called it splits.   The reason?  She apparently wanted kids; he didn’t.  Gee, and you’re surprised, Terri???  Can you imagine Simon the “warm, caring, Daddy” type??  She’s been seen stepping out with actor Stephen Dorff, so I’m sure they’ll both be okay.  Am I the only one who thinks he’s yummy?? I think it’s the accent.  And the chest hair.

So Jennifer Anniston and John Mayer are back together.  He’s NOT all that.  I think his head is oddly misshapen, and I just don’t think he’s cute at all.  I’m not a big fan of Jennifer Anniston either, but I totally think she can do better than John Mayer.  But don’t worry, her friends aren’t happy about the relationship, so maybe this one will be short lived again.

It’s baby girl number 2 for my personal favorite funny man Adam Sandler and his wife Jackie, (on November 2nd) who joins big sister Sadie.  Can you imagine having Adam for a father?  It must be such a fun house to grow up in!  This was my favorite quote of Adam’s, in an earlier Jay Leno episode, when talking about his wife’s pregnancy:  ‘Mommy’s not like bad sick. She just has something growing in her that’s eventually gonna shoot out her vagina and take half your toys.’ “

Talk about fast engagements!  Former The Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson got engaged November 1st to Philadelphia Eagle’s player Hank Baskett.  Apparently, they are going to wed in a special ceremony at the Playboy mansion, and none other than former squeeze Hugh Heffner is going to walk her down the aisle.  Is anyone else thrilled that she went from a skeezy old guy to a much more appropriately aged younger guy?  It makes it a *lot* less creepier!
