In my head.
I signed her up to go to the dentist on what i thought was yesterday. I pull her out of school, we run a few errands, I take her up there and find out that the appt is on WEDNESDAY.
I am losing it.
Does this just happen to you when you have kids or is it a result of the “getting over 30 years old” downhill phase I have to worry about. I was absolutely convinced that it was yesterday at 11. Nope. The dentist isn’t even IN on Mondays. I showed up and the lady was like…do you have an appt? She looked all confused.
Then Charlotte was upset because she was looking forward to her first visit. I ended up taking her to the mall, we went to the Disney store, had some lunch at ChickFilA, got a cookie, and went home.
Its like Prego Brain without the prego.
I need more sleep. Or a vacation.

I have done this. It’s so embarrassing!
That happens to me too!
It’s having kids. I do that all the time now. Before I had Rowan, I was uber organized. Like Martha Stewart scary organized. Now, I’m lucky if I can find a pair of matching socks! Last week, I found a bag with a bunch of hair accessories and a skirt I had bought for her at Christmastime!! Yep, it’s like the saying goes…Insanity is hereditary. You get it from your kids!
lol i think thats normal for moms!
SO glad to hear I’m not the only one!! I’m not sure what it is but I used to be so good with appt, times and phone numbers. I can’t remember my cell phone number to save my life.
I vote both a Vacation and a Sleep. Can I put in my order now?
I’ve so been there. I took my kids to an ENT appt last week that is scheduled for August 6th, not May 6th. We were 3 months early. I blame mine on my fibrofog.
Yep happens to me all the time. I thought the boys one year and two year appts were a day earlier than they were!
There must be something in the water. Everyone is doing this lately. Are you sure you aren’t prego. lol
