Momma Momma ~This blog is for mothers with a focus on all areas such as reducing stress, celebrity mothers, fashion that fits our style, staying fabulous, potty training nightmares and lots more.  It is a place just for us because mothers are the safety pins that hold things together.

Kids Off the Couch Blog ~Kids Off the Couch is a free, weekly kid’s adventure tied into a great film or some kind of digital media which provides families with fresh ideas for getting kids OFF the couch and into their world.

Defiant Mom ~There are so many sweet, see how perfect our life is, let-me-show-you-how-to-make-a-craft-with-pictures-of-my-cute-kids-doing-it blogs…mine is definitely not one of those. Although I’m not guaranteeing you won’t see pictures, this is a real life, sometimes sarcastic version of parenting. Don’t get me wrong, I love my little offspring, but let’s face it…motherhood is a messy job that gets no respect. I’m no expert, but I’ve certainly got my share of battle wounds that come with the territory. Throw-up stained clothing, stretch marks and poop under the fingernails. Yes, I bake cookies, sing songs and am completely over-extended at the local elementary school. These ’sweet mommy’ moments are all made possible by being able to be myself here. So sit back and enjoy reading my non-sugar coated version of parenting. It may not always be sweet, but it’s real.

I Never Grew Up ~I Never Grew Up is a blog with ideas and reviews to help you entertain, care for educate your children! There are fabulous biweekly giveaways featuring one “Something Pretty for Mommy” giveaway a month. Loving Advice for My Teenage Daughter ~This blog is about raising a teen in today’s world.  Teenagers can be very challenging to raise but it can be very rewarding too.

Walk with the Riedmiller Family ~I have a master’s degree in domestic engineering.  I currently have 5 employers.  My duties include but are not limited to:  daily menu planning, meal preparation, personal shopper, taxi service, schedule coordinator, teacher, manager of living quarters and surrounding areas, personal hygiene monitor, communication specialist, veterinarian, therapist, technical advisor, financial planner, loan officer, beautician, nurse, child advocate, security guard and mediator.  In my spare time, I enjoy reading.  I blog about surviving the daily chaos that is my life, and also about raising a child with special needs.  One of our sons was born in 2004 with a rare genetic condition called Cornelia de Lange Syndrome.   Join me as I try to raise awareness about CdLS, enjoy life’s precious moments, and retain my sanity.

Boy oh Boy oh Boy ~My name is Dawn and I am the richly blessed wife of Joe since April 9, 1994.  I am also blessed with the best three boys in the world…Frankie (06-28-1996), Nicholas (06-29-1999) and our little “ooops”, Julian (04-18-2007).  We live just north of Toronto in a suburb called Woodbridge and we love hockey, beaches and cruises…not necessarily in that order!
