1. Because I like to try out new stuff.
2. See reason #1 as it applies to my readers and other moms.
3. Love supporting mompreneurs and people who have followed their dreams with their small business.
4. Free food always seems to taste better. And free gear always seems to work better.
I host giveaways as a thank you to my readers and also because of the traffic. The more traffic I get, the bigger the prizes to give away can be!
I wish I could do giveaways for readers then I could get more readers. But it’s a catch 22, I have to have more readers first the I have to learn how to get/do giveaways.
We like to give something back to our readers but we also like the traffic it brings our way. Plus, it’s the little extras we get for our families that keeps blogging fun.
I like to offer things to my readers for coming by to visit

I’m starting to list giveaways today. So many people have been so great to list my giveaways for almost 2 years…I’d like to help promote them now.
Thanks for the linky, Trisha! I agree with most everybody. It’s a way to bring in more traffic, reward my readers, and it’s fun! I will say that some of these products would not normally be in my budget or a priority. So it’s nice to share these products with moms, who just like me, don’t get a chance to buy something fun or for themselves or their kids often.

It is a way to do something a little different from an everyday post. I also like getting to meet new people that stop by to enter and besides who doesn’t like more traffic, right?
Honestly, who doesn’t like to win free stuff? Giveaways are fun for all. I mostly giveaway children’s books because I believe in the importance of reading to your child, starting early on.

I host giveaways for the products that I review. I love sharing a new product with my readers.
I love to have giveaways because they are fun! I enjoy it a lot! It also brings someone to see me that may not have found me in this big bloggy world!
It started out to increase traffic, now I just enjoy the fact that I’m giving prizes to people. Everyone likes winning something am I right?
To bring in visitors, to be honest. More people come to enter giveaways, and then hopefully they’ll follow me on twitter (it’s a requirement) where I POST giveaways and visit my Mister Linky. Does it work? Nope LOL! But that was my original intention.
Besides that, it’s really nice to give back to the community who gives so much to me
I started doing giveaways for autism related products because they it can be difficult for parents with an autistic child to afford books and supplies that they need. I started including mom related items because us moms tend to do without. We put kids and hubby first, and just make do for ourselves.
Why do I host giveaways? Because I can.
No but seriously…when I first started I did it for the traffic…pure and simple. Now I don’t care (much) about the traffic and I do it because it’s fun and my readers like it…it’s nice to feel like my loyals are getting rewarded somehow.
