Cookie Boutique: Halloween Gift Boxes (CLOSED)

written by mommy blogger: trisha

Now this is the type of “review” I can get behind. Cookie Boutique sent us over some AMAZING Halloween pumpkin cookies, complete with orange and green icing and you can tell by this face………that they were a hit. How much can I possibly say after this?

The cookies came packaged very lovingly, complete with festive tissue paper, ingredient listing (helpful for allergies!), and a hand written note. I enjoyed opening them just as much as testing out one, two, three of them today. I can really appreciate a tasty cookie, because I SUCK at baking. Its a real art to produce these cookies from home, complete with soft sugar icing and hand decorated.

Individually packaging makes these cookies stay fresh and what I really liked, is that you can order a box and hand out to each of your kids for lunch, or to friends at work. Looking at all the cookies she makes, my personal favorite was the LARGE cookies that are meant to be gifts. What a very fun way to give the perfect gift? A cookie is a GREAT gift!!!!!!! In fact, I am more then willing to give out my address if you want to send me some cookies for Christmas from Cookie Boutique.

About Cookie Boutique:

Darlene Walker, owner/designer
I have been baking for my friends and family for more than 10 years, starting as a hobby turned passion. Baking has become a wonderful creative outlet for me and I am so happy that I am able to share it with others to enjoy…one cookie at a time! Thank you!
Affordable Design Plus dba The Cooke Boutique became a business in January 2008 after outside orders came pouring in from friends of family through greatly appreciated referrals. We are a Cottage Business, so all of our cookies are “Home Produced” in my kitchen, specially for each one of my customers.

What a great giveaway! Thanks so much for the chance. I love spooky cookies, I’d serve these at my big Halloween party. I love everything in her fall collection. I also think the pink heart with the white spirals (shown here: http://thecookieboutique1.food.officelive.com/Weddingcookies.aspx) is really, really pretty. And the froggy cookie (shown here: http://thecookieboutique1.food.officelive.com/HandDecorated.aspx) is soooo cute!

I really like the look of the brightly colored smiling flowers, but I have to say that the acorn looks the tastiest because the brown frosting makes me think about chocolate.

Those cookies look amazing and of course, sugar is my absolute favorite next to chipless chocolate chip cookies.

My top 3 favs are the baby onesies (those look so real), the witch hat (very detailed and cute), and the ladybugs!
