Win $500 by Blogging!

I love to give bloggers a chance to earn with their sites and I am excited to bring you this new campaign.I am working with Ecards, a company that wants to give you a 1 in 100 chance to win $500 just for blogging about their site. They have reached out to us because I let them know a blogger in our community would love to win $500!

This campaign will run till July 15th and at that time, if we have 100 bloggers, we will pull a winner for $500 cash and a runner up of an Ipod Nano! If not, we will extend it to complete the campaign.

Right now, the next 20 bloggers to post will receive $10 for their time.

It doesn’t end there because each week after, we will pull three more winners of $20 a piece each week up until our Grand Prize pull! Finally, a way to use your blog for some money, right? You post for everyone else for free, now here is your chance to talk about a fun way to send Free Ecards to your friends and have a chance to bring in some summer cash.

If your going to BlogHer, this could be just the cash you need to make your trip incredible! So read below, get to blogging, and send me your link ASAP.

Instructions for the Post:

1) Site: Free Ecards, the campaign is 4 weeks long.

2) First 20 people to post right now will receive $10 for their time. This is being added July 21st, so if you are reading this today you still have time!

3) You must have a page rank of 1 or higher to participate.

4) Canada or US

5) The links below must be used.

The links needed in the post are all keyword links example:  Free Ecards , Free Printable Cards , Free Birthday Ecards.

Free Ecards = http://www.got-free-ecards.com/
Free Printable Cards = http://printable-cards.gotfreecards.com/
Free Birthday Ecards = http://www.got-free-ecards.com/Birthday-ecards/

6) If you have posted about them before, you may repost. You may not submit an OLD post as a new one.

7) 200 + words min about the site

8  )  Topic (post title) heading should start or contain one of the 2 phrases “Free Ecards” or “Printable Cards

9) If you do not have the above, links/title, word count, your entry doesn’t count. Remeber, this sponsor is offering up the prize money in order to let people know more about thier site.

10) Please try to treat this post w/ professionalism and do not just ‘hurry’ to be first. I would like them to be nice and include pics, etc. Remember, you may be paid for it. Creativity is welcome!

11) I would apprieciate if you would include a link at the bottom that says  ”I am participating in “Jump Start Your Blog Contest”  sponsored by got-free-ecards and momdot (and link the sites). This way you are disclosing you are part of the campaign.

On July 15th, I will pull a winner to win a grand prize out of all blogging entries for $500 cash and a runner up prize of a 4Gig Ipod Nano. If the campaign does not reach 100 bloggers by July 15th, we will run it one extra week before we pull to try to achieve the remaining bloggers, but after that we will pull no matter what.

So basically you have a 1 in 100 chance of winning $500!!!!!! Please let your friends know. This could help your summer vacation money, new wardrobe, BlogHer trip or more. I mean, who couldnt use some extra cash?

send your posts to trisha@momdot.com

You will be paid via paypal, so please include your paypal emails in your email to me in case you are a winner. It saves me going back and forth with you via email so you can get paid quicker!

First off, I’m really not trying to be a pain… you can ask anyone that knows me, I’m really a nice/good person. I’m very non-confrontational. But I have a question:

I was wondering why you chose to do this contest this way? What I mean is… by having us email you, we have no way of really knowing who the first 20 were, if you have a hundred bloggers yet, etc.

Maybe I’m the only one that even wonders this but I’m really curious to know.

    Thanks!

Hi Trisha! Yeah, I happened to see your tweet about this on Friday and went straight and wrote a post. So I was so certain I was among the first 20. :-(

Did you get 100 bloggers yet? I can spread the word but don’t want people blogging if they don’t have a chance to be in the 100. :-)

Thanks for the chance to participate in this, Trisha!
