I have been blogging for about a year, but have always used affiliates and adsense. I just got an inquiry about putting a text link ad on my blog http://blog.poorsanta.com. They want to buy a 1 yr link, and I have absolutely no idea what to charge.
I know many of you have sold adspace before. Is there a formula or general rule of thumb you use to price ads?
My name is Missa, and I'm a high school special education teacher. I started blogging a few years ago just because it was easier than writing in a journal. I've always loved finding good deals and entering sweepstakes, so when I joined Online-Sweepstakes.com and found a ton of amazing bloggers, I started researching ways to become a review/giveaway blogger. I am just starting out, so I don't have many readers, but I was lucky enough to be contacted by a PR rep who offered to send me products for review and giveaways. I'm also engaged to the most amazing man in my world, and we'll be getting married aboard the Carnival Miracle on August 19th.
