LOL I don’t know who signed you up, but the same thing happened to me a few years ago. I always figured it was Grandma hoping for another baby! I still get mailings for toddler products.
That’s funny! There was a phase this spring where I kept getting that stuff too. I was like “My ‘baby’ is 2!” I gave it to our neighbors. We had 2 with babies.
