Every one in my house keeps getting sick. First it was me. Then Phoenyx. Then Chris.
Now out of the three of us, who do you think got it the worst?
My spouse of course! And men sick are the worst.
He has had a terrible cold and flu like symptoms for weeks and he has moved into this hacking coughing stage that has caused us to be sleeping in separate rooms. I even tried to take two Tylenol PM to block him out the other night and no go. And I know it’s far worse on him but I feel like the innocent bystander that got shot. He is totally keeping me from sleeping.
Anyway it was inevitable with as long as he was sick that he would pass it back to one of us and in this case it was me. So this weekend I broke down and asked my spouse to please go and pick up dinner. I could care less what it was, but I was in no position to cook. Like a good husband, he grabbed the baby and left.
And apparently Phoenyx wanted wings.
Uh huh.

You know DARN well that he didn’t get it the worst, he’s just a MAN and men can’t handle stuff like women can, so he ACTED like he had it the worst. At least that’s how it is in MY house.
Normally I would SO agree w/ you, but he really did get hit hard. He ended up w/ a shot in his butt, a z pack, and about $42 worth of OTC drugs.
