they had to shave his backside to get a closer look.
This was an injury he sustained while living outside in the sewer system. The Dr thinks he caught himself caught on something. I cringe just looking at it. No stitches, can you believe that?
Maybe we should name him after an angel…because only an angel could have allowed him to get free from whatever caused this.
Raphael.
He cant be fixed or get shots till this heals, but we got him some pain meds and had it all cleaned out. He also got dewormed and had an FIV test (negative). That was a nice $167 for the day.
And surprise! He is only 5.5 months old…just a little baby.
I think this week I am a pet blogger.

Oh poor baby!! That looks painful! Glad he’s gonna have a good life now.
Thank goodness though he has a family like you to bring him home. Poor thing.
Poor kitty! Now what did you end up naming him?
Oh that made my joints and body ache to see that! Poor little love!
Aww, Poor cat!
I am glad that you are adopting him and providing him with a safe home
Poor kitty! I just now caught up on the kitty drama. Love the name btw. Hope he feels better!
