About 6 weeks ago this weird thing started happening. It was like my heart was skipping a beat. It only happens for a millisecond and this is hard to explain, but its like the wind is knocked out of me for a millisecond.
Before my brain barely registers it, its over.
Then I started to notice that it was doing it right after I had caffeine. At least that was when it seemed to be more frequent or I was just picking it up more.
But I haven’t had any caffeine today and it just did it.
I know that no one here is a dr. but any idea what this sounds like? If I have to stop drinking Coke, I might as well kill myself now.

I didn’t read all the other comments yet, but I have this exact same problem and it feels just as you described. I’ve had it for months now and I have no idea what it is…and I have no insurance so I’ve just been hoping it’s something minor, stress related, or something like that.
I’m not a doctor but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night! lol That doesn’t sound good! I would think it would be stress. Ahem…GM! lol I hope it stops! I would totally go see your doctor (a real one) and find out what’s going on asap! ((hugs))
My first thought is atrial fibrillation. My dad had that and my friend too – they both felt completely exhausted though…is that happening to you?
Definitely get it checked out, and keep us posted, okay?
