Remember the 2nd grade Solar System Science Project?
Here are the results:
So now mom has to double check dad, which is fair cause he doubled me.
I also went Christmas Party dress shopping.
My husband mentioned a Christmas Party so I went out looking for a dress. You would think there would be a ton of choices, but there really are not unless you want to shop in the teen area ( I don’t). I think Mobile must reserve its dress time for Mardi Gras.
In any case we are not going because:
A) we don’t have a sitter
and
B) when he asked the Krewe about the dress code, they said something like “no jeans”, which means there could be anywhere from Khakis and pantsuits to full on semi formal dresses. Too complicated. This is why women should run parties.
And while I do not consider myself some sort of shoe connoisseur, I have to point out that the shoes in department stores are seriously lacking in style.
When did “hideously horrific” become main stream?
Lastly, we ran into the book store and as an avid reader, wanted to give you a few thoughts on some books laying on their end caps and my thoughts:
Read.
Read.
What is going on in your world?

Those shoes are SCARY! I agree women should run all parties and events. I hate when people cant give a clear dress code. Even business casual means so many different things to so many people and I almost always feel overdressed everywhere I go!
Hahaha! So they would have gotten 100 if they put their name on it!? The easiest part of it? Hehe good for them though!
Love that dress on your!
And thanks for the book reviews.
I LOVE that red dress that you have the “LIKE” comment on! You look AMAZING in it!
Also, YAY for Charlotte’s Solar System project!!
I have been lookinh for some good reads thanks
and the shoes on the bottom right look like a weapon lol
I agree with every comment… They’ve said everything I would have said: get the dress, you look amazing in it and you deserve a $200 dress: you’ll be invited to another party; your book review is awesome; and I have not been able to find a pretty shoe in months, those are horrible. =)
Umm, those shoes are awful! That dress is gorgeous, an A is a fail?? And I loved Cleopatra’s Daughter!
Even if you’re not going to the party you should still get that red dress on the bottom right corner, that looks gorgeous on you. Do a family portrait or something.
Its $200….
LOL, I have never read a book review as unique as this one, it tells me everything I need to know in seconds! Oh and those shoes are horrid!
