March Madness: The Final Four

And so the madness continues………are you ready for an update?

If you haven’t read about the March Madness surrounding my home, you can read my explanation and the first update.

In the first update, I was ahead of my husband by one little point.  Here are the new scores:

<drumroll, please>

Bridgette: 98

Hubby: 88

And it gets BETTER!  Out of 33 players in my basketball pool, only 3 are still in the running for the money: my hubby, a friend and ME!  Oh yeah!  Since we are down to the Final Four, there are only 8 scenarios that can possibly play out in this tournament.  The bad thing is that hubby will win the entire pool in 4 out of 8 scenarios.  And I will win in 2 of the 8 outcomes.  The turning point will be the UConn vs. Michigan St. game!

uconn

I need you all to send UConn some winning vibes!  I do not have a UConn shirt, so maybe I will just wear my Gonzaga one and pretend like it says UConn.  LOL!  If Michigan State wins that game, I will be eliminated and my hubby will win the pool.  OH. NO.  This simply CANNOT HAPPEN.  He is already writing his “I rule all and Bridgette sucks” post.  You don’t want to read it.  It’s ugly.

Pray, people!!  GO HUSKIES!

    You know B, I have never really paid much mind to March Madness but I have to say the rivalry between you and your hubby have actually made it interesting this year.

    Go UConn!
