Since the year is coming to a close here quickly, I thought it would be fun to do a roundup of everything that has been MomDot in the past year, give or take. I actually had some fun reading through some of the older posts.

And this roundup is easier then new content.

A girl has to answer some hate mail this morning.

The Posts that stepped on toes:

  • Will you fix your contest for me to win?
  • Cant we all just get along? No. No we cant.
  • Are companies taking advantage of bloggers?
  • Motrin Laughing to the Bank
  • Which is it?
  • About Child Fashions
  • Nestle Kills Babies

The posts that *really* stepped on toes:

  • PR Blackout and More PR Blackout
  • Why are people such…
  • Double Standard
  • This is me. On a tirade.
  • Blogs and Etsy
  • Little girls and Thongs

The Posts that make me a nice person when you’re not looking:

  • Three cups of tea and Afghan Kites
  • MomDot won $10K for Charity
  • MomDot Starts Bloggers Give
  • MomDots charity cancer walk participation
  • MomDot community helps raise over $400 for Anissa
  • Over $12,000 in products Raised for our Charity
  • Lessons from Breakfast
  • PR: Invite these bloggers

My favorite posts of my own this year:

  • The Cheese Stands Alone
  • I have learned…
  • I met a man on a plane.. and the follow up here
  • I am a mommy blogger

The posts that helped other bloggers:

  • Wordpress or Blogger
  • How do you find a PR Rep?
  • Mom Blogs Guide to Mom Blogging
  • How do you start an online boutique
  • So you’re a newbie blogger
  • Month Long Blog Classes
  • Top 10 plugins for mom blogs
  • How to get a convention sponsorship

The posts that made you giggle:

  • What do a husband and wife do after their children go to bed?
  • All the single ladies
  • Two eggs and a side of Trisha
  • I am going to hell.
  • My Wedding Dress still fits!
  • Funky Friday
  • Novocaine
  • I am a social media guru
  • The Top 25 most annoying bloggers

Last years Top 50 Mom Blogs of the Year from us. Who will make this years?

And a big fat shout-out to Type A Mom for giving me the highlight of my year, which was speaking at her conference and Kimberly for making me a published author!

Ooh, maybe I’ll make Big Brother casting this year. Its not as good as being a dead hooker on Law and Order, but beggars shouldn’t be vegetarians.

(Sarah, that ones for you)

Here is to a boring 2010!

Wow, it’s been an eventful year, hasn’t it? I had forgotten about a lot of those posts. Just goes to show you how much I was offended by some of them LOL.

I’ve forgotten about some of these! I know what I’ll be doing after Thanksgiving dinner! (Now, that sounded a little pathetic. How sad am I?) LOL

A fabulous year at MomDot with topics for every person! The best part of it all are the friendships I’ve made and things I’ve learned from you. Here’s to a great year next year as well! *cheers*

Trisha, you’ve had a fabulous year. I want you to know that I’m proud of you for being you, putting yourself out there when very few will. Despite the hate and jealousy running rampant, you have a team of women that love you just the way you are!

I want to be a dead hooker on Law and Order (Chris Noth…yummmm). I think you would be great on Big Brother. If all the drama in the blogosphere hasn’t prepared you to win that damn show, nothing has!!

And I remember nearly all of those posts. I will have to back and reread them later.

Nice. I am going to do one of these for Austin at the end of the year…but it won’t be nearly as filled with juicy tidbits & comments. I clearly have some catching up to do on your blog.
