I admit it……I just got an Ipod. I’ll let that sink in. I am lame and out of date.
I got it because I won it otherwise I still wouldn’t have one. So it was staring at me this week and I just busted into it and holy moly, what have I been missing!
Now I am an avid YouTube visitor, no shocker there really as much as I dance. There are great mixes, new artists, songs you forgot existed, talk radio, blah blah blah. (They say youtube is now the #2 search engine on the web now) People online come up with more badass mixes then the record companies put out. Plus, where else could you find something like this?
This is a cool site for those of you that like YouTube to find stuff you never knew existed and transfer it to MP3 to download. Its completely free. No signup, signin, etc. Its just an application you use right from your browser.
I took a screen shot of me using it. It literally transfers the video to MP3 in about 5 seconds flat.
Voila! Then just transfer to your IPod or listen on your computer.

oh and i dont own an iPod yet- NOW thats sad isnt it??? my hubby has an iphone but is being a loser saying i dont need an ipod of any kind. blahhh i need to tune the kids out.

i downloaded a prgm called DVDVideoSoft Free Studio you can copy/paste a bunch of links and it will convert them all for you at once instead of the site- doing it one by one. great when you want to make a new playlist quickly!
Well, if I ever get an ipod, I will have to try this out. I don’t even have a cell phone!

I used youtube downloader on the old laptop and I’m using pwnyoutube on this one. Love finding those old sketches from Space Ghost and having them to watch or listen.

That’s awesome! There are several local bands that put things on YouTube that don’t have CDs and with this I should be able to put them on my phone, which I use instead of a mp3 player.
