And although there are rules about when you are allowed to put up and take down Xmas decorations, there is NOTHING written about Halloween Decorations. So we have people with halloween decorations up for a week now too! I dont know why it annoys me, since it is Halloween. If anything it just shows how stupid associations are, because you cant stop all the neighbor wackiness. And funny, I was tempted to take a pic and post it too! HAHA!
