Nubius Organics…blending style with sustainability. Because our kids put out enough waste in their diaper Nubius Organics specialize in all sorts of amazing products that allow you to use your inner green thumb expressed outwardly.

They have offered us an adorable little onsie set made of Organic Cotton with cute little vegis on them for the little one in your life! (value $35) In a pack of 3, this will keep your summer wardrobe going just a tad bit longer this year. Sizes are from 6months to 24 years. They also come wrapped in a neat little organic, reusable bag! ANd I personally find organic cotton looks so much less of a mess on our kids when they mess up their shirt then bleached cotton.
Fast Fact:Why Organic Cotton? Cotton uses approximately 25% of the world’s insecticides and more than 10% of the pesticides. The Environmental Protection Agency considers seven of the top 15 pesticides used on cotton in 2000 in the US as “possible, likely, probable or known” human carcinogens (acephate, dichloropropene, diuron, fluometuron, pendimethalin, tribufos, and trifluralin). Believe it or not, recycling isn’t all that common where I live. We’re trying to get the neighborhood organized to do so.

I consider us pretty green, our goals for this year were to buy more local food, cook more slow food and cut out all processed foods, and to drive less.
So far, so good!
We recycle and walk instead of drive when possible.

I’ve been using cloth grocery bags, we changed to energy saving light bulbs, I also don’t turn on lights until it gets too dark in the house to see.
Also, I’ve started using the Freecycle service to obtain items or give away items instead of throwing them away
We use cloth diaper and wash in oganic soap.
I’m going green by recycling, not buying excessive packaging and planting a garden. Thanks for the giveaway!
I am recycling.
I use reusable shopping bags and I have an energy efficient washer and dryer!
thanks for offering it!

I have re-useable shopping bags, energy saving light bulbs, recycling bin, compost bin, and I walk everywhere instead of taking the car!
We just got our first fabric bag for grocery shopping and, I must say, I feel awfully smart -don’t believe I can ever do plastic again:)
We are no longer using paper towels “gasp”!
I am going green by recycling and switching to reusable grocery bags! Thanks for the chance.
Even though we decided to use disposable diapers with our new baby, we are recycling paper, aluminum, and plastics. Plus we’ve been using CPL bulbs in our house for several years. I am also looking into growing our own organic veggies and I use cloth bags to shop with. It amazes me how much paper I recycle just from junk mail!
We are always trying to make our footprint just a little smaller. I’m a member of the Green Yoga Association, striving to practice lightly on the earth. We are all about freecycling and finding new ways to use instead of consume. And we buy a lot (I would venture to say most) of our food from a local farmer’s co-op. It’s better for us and better for the earth and we cant imagine it any other way!
I’m recycling everything and I use cloth bags for shopping
Our son is due in 30 days and we are going cloth with him. We have gotten a compost bin of freecycle (website dedicated to keeping good things out of landfill) and are growing our own veggies.
Thanks
Jenna
