I wish this WAS only in one place or another but we see lots of it here right in Ohio…babies on laps, toddlers in truck beds sitting on teenagers laps, kids with their little heads poked out windows! I confronted one of our parents (I used to be the after-school program director) about her 2 yr old running around the back seat of the car…her response “we didn’t use carseats and we are still here aren’t we?!”…?!?!?!?!…people are ignorant and sadly it is their kids who pay the price!

I'd totally be writing down license plate numbers and calling it in while I was boxed in the parking lot. Of course I'm the same person who was taking her camera to the bus stop because people weren't stopping when the bus was stopped and had her lights on. Thankfully my kid didn't have to cross the street, but there were kids who did, and their mom was never there to make sure they got home safely.
