About Osmotics
My husband, Steven and I founded Osmotics Corporation in 1993 to develop cutting edge new cosmeceutical treatments for skin and hair. From the beginning our company has been a cosmeceutical leader and pioneer launching many industry ”firsts” in the market. One of our technologies proved to be so effective that it spawned the launch of a pharmaceutical division in 2005! Since the introduction of our first ground-breaking technology, the Vitamin C transdermal patch, our vision was to create a new paradigm in the industry – to introduce products that really work- products that provide clinically proven results!
I felt it was time to focus on information and education–to give women (and men) an alternative to the commercial brands focusing mostly on marketing and hype. OSMOTICS works with leading university medical centers, world-renowned scientists and our own scientific advisory panel to incorporate the latest breakthroughs and most advanced thinking in this exciting new field. Our treatments are based on clinically validated technologies—and that’s what makes them so effective. This innovative, unprecedented strategy is the cornerstone of OSMOTICS philosophy … serious skin care for serious results.
In perfecting our artisanal, elegant formulations we use only the purest, highest quality ingredients. What is left out or our products is just as important as what goes in. We do not add potentially harmful ingredients (artificial colors, fragrances, coal tar dyes) solely for the purposes of visual appeal and product merchandising.
Last but not least, I know that confusing industry jargon and misinformation can lead to over treatment and skin sensitization from using too many products. I have developed a simple 4 STEP System that works synergistically together to give you healthy, beautiful skin in the shortest time possible.
We are dedicated to providing you the highest level of excellence in products, information, and services and always welcome your comments.

I am bad {and I HATE!} plucking my eyebrows!
I use Baby Oil to take off my mascara so I don’t harm the skin around my eyes!
I’m subscribed on the Momdot main pages.
My “bad” tip would be that I still find myself squeezing pimples. Shouldn’t acne have ended long ago?
#3 something I’m bad about from time to time is squeezing a pimple or blackhead the wrong way (yes there is a right way!) . Bad, Bad, Bad, I know! It’s really horrible–you should never do it with your finger nails. Bleck!
I put on lotion after every shower or swim.
being a guy don’t know nothin bout skin care other than keep it clean and drink lots of water
LOVE Osmotics–YAY! Thanks for the chance to win such an AWESOME giveaway! *fingers crossed*
#1 for the skin care tip – I lightly exfoliate my skin every day and after doing that, I wrap a paper towel around an ice pack and put it on my face for about 5-10 minutes. I let my skin dry for about a minute and then apply my moisturizer and/or makeup. It seems to tighten up my pores and helps my skin to absorb anything I put on afterwards.
I am don’t always clean my face before going to bed.
drink lots of water and use sun screen when ever you are out.
My bad: I have really fair skin and need to remember to ALWAYS have an SPF moisturizer when I go out!
I don’t know if it’s a secret, just good common sense. I have dry skin so I drink LOTS of water and moisturize often.
My biggest skin care tip is to stay out of the sun and if I do go in it, to wear a high SPF sunblock and reapply often.
I am terrible about washing my face at night before I go to bed.

My tip is to drink plenty of water. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Also, DO NOT smoke. It effects your skin in a negative way and even if you can’t see the damage, it is damaging your skin. The damage is occuring and will show it’s ugly face one day and it will be to late to change the damage by then. Smoking also damages your eyes due to the effect on all of the tiny blood vessels in your eyes and the retina. (the above information is according to an eye Dr. in Boston, MA).

My blog is listed on Momdot.
I don’t always take my makeup off at night either. I don’t wear very much anyway though.
Sunscreen, of course!
I added my blog, Mama Makes Money to the new Momdot.

sometimes I forget to wash my face at night.
I put sun screen on before I apply my foundation EVERY day. My powder stays on better and I am protected from the sun.
I am also bad at taking my make-up off, but I don’t use my face wash enough and wind up using soap that will make my skin break out instead.
Always wear sunscreen on sunny days.
My best tip is to drink plenty of water – hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Do NOT smoke!!! Guarenteed the bad results will show up as you age. You may not see it now, but it will show up later.
