Personalized Fruit Rollups- Live Giveaway closed

For as long as I can remember, Fruit Roll-ups have been ruining my teeth cause they are just so darn good I cant stop myself.  I am actually someone that goes to the store and buys them for MYSELF almost every visit. Those and fruit gushers. Those darn General Mills people have the snack down to a science!

When Fruit Roll-ups started making personalized fruit rollups, I was on the train to see what they looked like and had a bit of fun making up “Chris and Trisha” Fruit Roll-ups. The site is run a bit like a scrapbook plug and play software. Just pick your layout, upload photos or pick between premade pictures, adjust the contrast and lighting, and voila! Fruit Roll-ups with flair!

The boxes came with 30 roll-ups at a time and our family had cleared those out in about 2 weeks.

Picture Clarity: It actually printed a bit darker then I had seen on the computer screen. I’m going to cut them some slack…. I mean, its purple ink on a gooey flat substance. All in all, I think its a clever concept, but don’t use a photo with a lot of background or it tends to be really dark.

Amount in box: Good! I think they should have more options to up it by 10 rollups a box though. Especially if your getting these for a special occasion like a birthday party or wedding with a specific wedding. It would be nice to be able to pick the exact amount you need.

Taste: Like I said.. I already love fruit rollups. I think the tasted the same as the original and personalizing them didn’t affect them in any way, except turned my mouth purple.

A few thoughts, these would be a good idea for personalized Valentines Day, Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversary parties, and classroom parties and didn’t cost much more then any other party favor.
