I am actually on the lowest level you can get from the dentist, i just have unnaturally sensitive teeth. I am on prescription flouride for life.

What are you bleaching your teeth with…it shouldn’t hurt that bad! My brother is a dentist so I bleach mine a lot, if you are sensitive to it they usually have different levels of it, since a lot of people are sensitive to it.
