Sams Club has started a site called Holidays Made Simple to give holiday shoppers a very easy way to find deals, tips, and tricks to keep them from going insane in the hustle and bustle of the season.

From Deal of the Day, Food and Entertaining, Gifts Galore, and Holiday Helper there is a little something for everyone to explore on the site. I actually just went to Sam’s over the weekend. Its the first time I have shopped as a member and not just walking around with a family member. Chris and I were like kids in a candy store.

There were SO MANY samples handed out. I was joking that if we could do a whole Thanksgiving Dinner on Sam’s by walking around and eating samples. We tried chicken, mixed nuts, eclair’s….it was a whole meal of goodness.

As my first real visit to Sam’s, I went in thinking what would I EVER need with bulk items?

Toilet paper?

Cheese?

But after walking around I realized that Sam’s was much more than just bulk items. Our jaws literally hit the floor when we saw Charlotte’s dream swing set. If you have been around this blog often, you know that I spent all summer contemplating a backyard set. We just never found the “right” one. They had it set up in Sam’s for $700 LESS than anywhere else we saw.

BIG savings.

It was only $999!!!!!!!!! Jungle gym, picnic table, swings…whoa. Look at this thing! It almost makes me want to invite that annoying kid to our house for Charlotte to play with him.

Just as fun was the 15foot trampoline on the wall for$229:

WHAT?? WHAT?

Yes, Its as big as it looks. DH and I did the simultaneous “Holy Moly!”

When we were at Walmart last year during Christmas time, they had like a 12foot one on Black Friday for $150 that wasn’t nearly as nice as this. If Sam’s keeps up these deals, I will most definitely be doing some holiday shopping there this year. Charlotte may get a good Christmas after all!

Right now my favorite part of the holiday site is the Gifts Galore page. We all have someone that we don’t really want to shop for…and now we can find out whats the best gift for them by price!

And Shhh….I found Kim a Christmas Present.
