I have never had Skinny Cow Ice cream.

That’s not to say I’m not in love with all ice cream. I just like my ice cream loaded with sugar. In fact, I just had some yumalicious (like that word?) chocolate Edy’s just last night while gagging over the terrible singing on AI.

Nothing says bad singing like a bowl of sugary goodness, am I right?

Our freezer has no less than 4 gallons of ice cream in it right now. It seems every time we go to the store, one of us wants mint chip, one of us wants Butterfinger, one of us wants ice cream sandwiches. Whats a mom to do other then the right thing by getting all three?  Now, the downside is that then the odd flavors we could never come to terms on spend the next 6 months icing over because I refuse to throw away money. But I was a cool mom for a minute, right?

I am getting totally off subject.

So Skinny Cow is doing a really cool promotion with Sams right now. Over in the freezer section, you can get your ice cream home nice, safe, and still frozen (this is good when you live in the south like I do) and stuffed with all your favorite Nestle brands inside the conveniently located freezer bags.

While gallons tend to stay mostly frozen when Im driving home, I’m not sure if you have ever gotten into the car for the treck home, unloaded it, and put away the groceries just to find really mushy ice cream inside the little plastic wrappers.

Me. I do that. There is something less satisfying about a refrozen ice cream bar.

I really have to start jumping on technology. Important people created freezer bags for people like me so that get behind an old person on the way home , I wont find my little ice cream bars melted.

Anyhoo.
