Today’s topic is “6 unconventional things you think people should celebrate by throwing a party.” You can answer this with a list of 6 words, 6 phrases, 6 sentences, 6 paragraphs, 6 photos, 6 videos, etc . . .
I’m very curious about what people will say for this one, because it is really a wide open topic.
Here are my six:
1) Having all your Christmas gifts bought and wrapped by Thanksgiving
2) When all the children in the house take a nap at the same time for more than one hour
3) Everytime I get a new Coach bag (Hey, it only happens about once per decade)
4) Being completely 100% done with washing and folding every piece of laundry in the house
5) Receiving an extra large tax refund
6) Adopting a dog or cat from a shelter

I love the idea of have a party to celebrate having shopping done, lol but i never do
Great list! I celebrate when The Diva takes a nap at all. LOL
These are all great! I don’t think I’ve ever accomplished the feat of having every single piece of laundry done, though — not with four sons! That would definitely be reason to celebrate, but I have a feeling it would be a very short party!
This one was fun! Button codes aren’t working for me.
Nicole, did you look to see if you have extra sets of ” ” marks when you paste the code in. I don’t know why it adds them, but if you manually remove all the italicized quotation marks, you should be good to go.
I saw the italicized quotes but it still didn’t work. I have an idea…gonna see if it works… Thanks. Earlier I was looking at the code and didn’t see those extra quotes!

I’m with you on the laundry. But it would never work in my house. There is ALWAYS laundry to do.

Ahh…yes! Having your Christmas presents wrapped even a week before Christmas is reason enough for me to celebrate! lol Great list!
