Today’s topic is “6 things about your children that you are proud of.” You can answer this with a list of 6 words, 6 phrases, 6 sentences, 6 paragraphs, 6 photos, 6 videos, etc . . .
Okay, with 3 children, this week was a breeze! Is it bad that I could think of more for one than the others? ;P
Here are my six . . .
1) With most things, when one twin gets something for themselves, he or she usually makes sure to grab one for the other twin. (It’s when there is only one of something that we run into a problem.)
2) My 5yr old son is going to have his green belt in taekwon do soon. (It goes white, yellow, green, . . .)
3) My 5yr old son is smart as a whip, has a fantastic memory, and is well-liked by his piers. I think he will do well in kindergarten this fall.
4) My 2.5yr old daughter exhibits a lot of gentleness and patience with our dog and our cats.
5) My 2.5yr old son is pretty independent. He can be just as happy playing by himself as he can with somebody else.
6) My 5yr old son actually enjoys reading to his younger siblings, as well as teaching them new things.
Now go post your own list on your blog (don’t forget to grab a button) and then leave the direct link to your post on Mr. Linky. Then go check out everyone else’s Small Talk Six lists and leave them a comment so they know you stopped by. If for some reason Mr. Linky isn’t there, just leave your links within a comment.

I was able to come up with more things I am proud of for some of my kids than the others..o well..I’ll make it up on another list, right?
I subscribed to your You tube Channel
wow those are all great accomplishments
Sorry I made a mistake with my title in Mr. Linky. It does link to my small talk six post though.
This was an easy post to write, but I did find more items to be proud of for my 2.5 year old than my one year old. They still don’t do a ton at that age
This week’s list was easy as pie! I could have listed about 100 more!
Thanks for giving me the chance to brag about my little girl.

They sound so sweet!! I always look foward to seeing all the lists out there….
It must be a twin thing, that’s how it is in our family with#1. Great topic I could have written more too.
Awesome list!My five year is also very patient and gentle. Thanks for sharing!
Maria, my son actually started when he was 3. It was a great program. They learned some moves and even break boards, but the class was less structured. Now he’s just in a regular class.

It’s so nice when the kids get along. Mine aren’t twins and if we only have 1 of something we have a huge issue. I thought with mine being 5.5 years apart we’d have less of that – WRONG!
Here’s mine for this week http://www.confessionsfromhh6.com/2009/06/small-talk-six-proud-as-punch.html
I remember when my son got his green belt. He was so excited!
Poor Mr Linky…and everyone who depends upon him
