Small Talk Six: T-Shirts I’ve Read and Loved

smalltalksix-298x300 Want to join in? Go here to learn how and to view the weekly Small Talk Six topics for 2010.

Today’s topic is “6 t-shirts you’ve read and loved.” You can answer this with a list of 6 words, 6 phrases, 6 sentences, 6 paragraphs, 6 photos, 6 videos, etc . . .

Ack!  This week really calls for pictures, but I know some of you are already looking for this post as I type this on Friday night.

Here are my six for this week:

1)  ”Come to the Dark Side . . . We Have Cookies” (Star Wars reference, Kids Shirt)

2)  ”If you can read this, then you’re invading my personal space.” (In a tiny font)

3)  ”Pee All That You Can Pee” (Army slogan reference.  This was an infant t-shirt, but I think it would make a great shirt for dogs.)

4)  ”Recently Evicted” (Newborn onesie)

5)  ”I survived The Big Dig” (Click on the link if you don’t know what that is.)

6)  ”Real nerds don’t write html.  They code a script to do it for them.”

~Karen

  1. Love em – and I actually did survive the Big Dig lol :)

  2. DOH! It seems that one of Mr. Linky’s new features is that you can’t use it without flash (or with an old linux machine…I’m not sure which). So, here is my link.

I’ll try to link it via linky from my husband’s lap top when he comes home.

  3. That last one is so true! My husband is a geek, and he does that…but he taught this non-geek html. Real geeks use css now, and create scripts to do it.

I know I’m late to the party (was doing a garage sale) but I have to join in on this one, cause I have so many favorite tee slogans! I’m off to go do that!

  4. I love the topic this week… there are some really cute tshirts that I would love to own

  5. Yeah, it isn’t working. Here is my link http://www.lifewith4boys.com/2010/07/small-talk-six-t-shirts-ive-read-and.html. I linked here, but I can’t get your button to show up on my blog. I copied and pasted it into the post and sidebar, but it doesn’t show up.

  6. its not working because of the java on the submit button. I had to redo the template because of what happened on IE. Ill have kim try to fix it again. I am sorry yall. If its not one thing its another.

  7. I think the infant ones are too cute!

    Come see mine!

  8. I agree no. 3 will be great for pooches :) The html thing sounds like uttered by someone who’s a nerd himself, lol… Nice list, this one is :)

  9. LOL Funny list.

Linky is not working for me again…OY. http://lastshredsofsanity.com/2010/07/funny-t-shirts-momdots-small-talk-six.html
