Today’s topic is “6 movies that make you cry.” You can answer this with a list of 6 words, 6 phrases, 6 sentences, 6 paragraphs, 6 photos, 6 videos, etc . . .
I expect this to be an easy list for me. Some movies make me cry every single time I watch them, but nobody else seems to be affected by them. I also don’t watch a lot of movies, so my list may seem a little odd.
Here are my six for this week:
1) Armageddon (1998)
2) Turner & Hooch (1989)
3) Bolt (2008)
4) Pretty Woman (1990)
5) The Lion King (1994)
6) Glory (1989)

We just recently saw The Last Song movie, it was really a tearjerker. My sisters in law and I was just flooding inside the theater. I thought it might be a good movie on my list…I agree with armegeddon too.
Dumbo actually makes me cry every time. Can’t help it. It’s the song that they play when Dumbo visits his chained up mother and she swings him on her trunk. The song “Baby Mine” plays in the background, and they show clips of other animals with their mothers. Dumbo cries, his mother cries, the mouse cries and I cry every time. It’s a killer!
I’m almost crying thinking about it.
Hi again. My second link is the right one. Goes right to the post. Thanks.
The Lion King… lol – totally cried! Turner and Hooch, too. I’ll have to see Pretty Woman.
The Family Man
GLORY~ That is a good one!
I love The Lion King!
great movies many of which I have watched for sure
Hey, I picked The Lion King too! I’m glad someone else did, that makes me feel better
I never thought of Lion King as being a tearjerker but it is still a great movie.
Love your list – there are a few on here I might just have to see
Katie, you are so right…sometimes kids movies ARE the biggest tearjerkers!!
Kids movies are sometimes the biggest tearjerkers!
Ohhhh, Armageddon, good one!
I have never thought of Turner and Hooch as a tear jerker. LOL Good list though.
Oh come on Shan! You didn’t feel like crying even a little bit when Hooch died?
Maybe a little. it’s been a long time since I saw that movie. LOL But it was supposed to be a comedy, right?
I can’t remember if I cried when I saw Bolt…probably did. And definitely during Armageddon!
