Yesterday we went out to eat for lunch. I leaned over and gave Charlotte a kiss and a hug. Actually, I probably gave her a 100 kisses and hugs.
She finally says “Stop touching me!”.
I said “Charlotte, that is not polite.”
She replied “Please stop touching me.”
At least she didn’t say “Please stop touching me, you vagina.”

My 16 year old does that. It’s dangit mom [her exact words] stooooop. But she’ll lay her head on my shoulder and sit on my lap when she wants something. Kids!
LOL that’s funny. I’m the one to say “Stop touching me” in this house. I’m not a touchy feely person and I have a toddler on me all day then an 8yo and a husband who want hugs too. It gets to be a bit much sometimes.

Rowan says that to me too. I HATE being touched unless I invite it, it bugs the shit out of me. Plus I am pulled and prodded and constantly touched by my young’un all day long. After a while I just want my personal space back. LOL
