Every one has seen Snow White and the Seven  Dwarfs..right?

Please say yes. Cause if you haven’t, I need to call your mother.

To be honest, I still have my VHS version from when I was a child. Its in Charlotte’s room. In fact, I have all of the Disney classics on VHS and they are the exact same ones I watched as a child-25 years old. Its going  to be a sad day when the VCR breaks. You cant get those anywhere. Its like an 8-track.

Sigh.

Luckily its that time of the year again where Disney is pulling out the vault and gracing us with a new masterpiece to share with our own kids.  Snow White is one of the most golden of Disney’s original classics with an immense amount of memorable characters that definitely brings back my childhood.

While Snow White wasn’t my favorite Disney princess (HELLO, AURORA!), her voice and costume remains the Fairest of them All.  I cant decide if the witch giving the red apple to Snow White or the Mirror, Mirror on the Wall is a more recognizable scene. Disney has a way of creating an entire movie to be quotable.

Did you know that Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was the first full length animated feature that Disney ever created? It was made back in 1937 and I would venture to say changed the way the world looked at movies from that point forward. Its as good today as it ever has been, which is no small feat.

Watch this….seriously, I got chills from this trailer.

In this newly remastered edition for Blu-Ray, you can literally see the colors come to life the way the artists intended and the sound crystal clear as you are in the theater for the first time.
