I would totally contact them (letting them know who you are and how many peeps you have) and let them know how misleading the description was.
I would not tell them how darling you look as a red head! You totally pull it off. Back in the day, I was addicted to the bottle and my hair was everything from bleached bleached blonde, to red, to strawberry blonde to black. *shiver*
