Top Toys!

She’s making a list….she’s checking it twice… Mom, that is!

Last week Charlotte had gymnastics party where she got to finally meet up with Santa. I totally skipped the mall hoopla this year, but she is at a age that she doesn’t notice where she meets him, but just that she does.

She told Santa she wanted “DSL” for Christmas. She meant a DSi, but he looked at her like…huh?

I guess he probably thinks we live in the dark ages.

Whatever it is your child is asking for, begging for, constantly reminding you of when the commercial comes on, the one thing you are going to need to make the magic happen is batteries! Do not be a fuddy duddy parent that has all the gifts but nothing actually turns on. Its a quick way to turn your child from an Angel Baby into Scrooge McDuck. Plus, if you have to run out to the store last minute, if you can even find a place open, you will miss football…and food.

Ye Hah! Shoes that will make your kids giddyup!

I get so much exposure of new brands by online deal sites, amazon, facebook, and just plain old wandering around the net. Today I learned about Weboo Shoes, an adorable shoe brand designed to develop healthy feet while developing healthy imaginations.

Sears Coupon Code & Boot Sale

A few weeks ago I went in Sears and noticed that all their shoes were on sale. Not just on sale, but majorly on sale and it has nagged me for weeks since. So this week when I finally got off my tush and went down there again, I was relieved to find that I could still snap up some boots for not $80, but only $35.

I got them for $34.99 (on sale from $69.99) and they match my winter jacket flawlessly.

Now the website I find kinda confusing..it says 15% off of all womens and childrens boots and free shipping, but I think it just depends on which pair you choose, because mine were 50% off and they are also available on the sears website.

I think boots with a pair of leggings (or dare I say jeggings) are quite sexy and keep your feet super warm. Plus there is nothing like adding a little fur to your wardrobe to make it actually feel like a winter style.
