That poor baby. Hospitals (unless you went to a specialized children's hospital) usually are not trained to deal with small children at all, so who knows what they did that was actually needed. (unless they suspected a blood clot may have broken off and traveled to her chest, I am at a loss as to the chest x ray myself). Definitely follow up with your pediatrician. If you haven't already considered it, I think a follow up with an orthopedic would be a good idea too. Both the leg pain and the loss of bladder control can be symptoms of a back problem. (even with no back pain) X rays do not always show back problems and sometimes an MRI is needed.

Has she fallen recently? She could have injured herself in the smallest of falls, even if she seemed fine afterwards.

I hope that you get to the bottom of her pain.

How awful! I hope they can figure it out fast and it's nothing major.

Saturday Jake was telling us his neck and chest hurt. Turned out he swallowed a Life Saver. DH had him drink a ton of water and then he was fine, but it was SO SCARY!

I can't imagine what you guys are going thru.

I'm glad everything came back normal. My kids both had terrible growing pains, Gabbie would just hold her legs and rock.. it's heartbreaking!! I had them so bad as a kid, that I still remember how bad they hurt. Lets pray that's what it is though, and it will pass.

I'm so sorry ya'll are going through all this! Poor Charlotte! I hope you get some answers soon and that she starts feeling better! I would be ticked that they didn't offer her anything to change into, you know they had something she could've worn. What an awful experience!

Whoa! WTH could that be? I am scared for her! But the good news is the tests they did run came back ok. you would think if there was something serious they would have seen a sign. I hope you'll keep us updated after you get her to the pediatrician.
