is I sometimes blog on the wrong blog and don’t realize it till I go to my own page and see a blog missing or one there that shouldn’t be. Sorry, yall! That previous post was for iTrisha vlogs, not for MomDot.
I need a calendar. Or assistant. Or maybe a little leprechaun that helps out around here.
While I have your attention, do you have Non-blogger friends? I know, is there such a thing anymore? I find that nonbloggers don’t get bloggers. They don’t get the sarcasm, or the point of posts, debates, controversy, giveaways, reviews… Not that its rocket science or anything, but it is a very different type of media that if you are not involved in, is like walking into a party uninvited where you stand around and wait for it to be over.
You know what really sucks for nonbloggers? They don’t realize they will end up ON your blog. Its like the Blue Collar Comedy Tour. If you say something stupid……..we rejoice inside. My Bloggy Radar is up every time I leave the house.
I should get a shirt that says “Im blogging this” or “You’re famous on my blog”.
In rhinestones of course so I can say F-U to the CPSIA.
Great. Now Disney will never return my calls……

Yep, I have friends but they annoy me a lot.
At least I can shut the computer down when something gets on my nerves. LOL!
I have my BFF who is not a blogger who reads me every day. My sister stops by too every now and then. My MomsClub friends thinks I am insane. LMAO. When I was on that show they told me “We didn’t realize your site was so big?” It could be BIGGER if they stopped by and read some stuff. And my old bosses are impressed.
Both want to hire me. If only they would let me work from home.
Well since I’m such a looser, I don’t have any friends to answer to to explain my obsession with blogging, or the internet for that matter.
It’s just me, my sons and my often annoyed fiance. Who is scarily catching on to the lingo. He asked me the other day, “Who are you tweeting now?” I don’t remember teaching him that word.
My IRL friends are amused and I think believe I am crazy. Most just think I’m busy on the internet. Of course I never see them, so they may have reason to think that!!
I just wrote a post about my BFF. I have two very best friends that are not bloggers and a BUNCH over at my mommy forum that aren’t bloggers (many have become bloggers tho in the past few months)

Fortunately, most of my non blogging friends read the blog.
That said, I have A LOT of message board friends. They didn’t get it for a time, but only a few don’t get that it’s an outlet where I can say what I want that doesn’t necessarily fit in with the discussions we have.
Right now, I’ve got something I soooooo need to blog, too. I just want to clear it with the party that inspired it.
Just last evening Beloved gave me the “If I see that on the blog…” look. Can I help it? He asked me if corned BEEF came from a pig! (He didn’t say anything about posting it somewhere else!)
I have non-blogging friends but they really don’t pay much attention to any of it. Unless it’s someone who is cool with the blog I try not to include them – by name anyway.
None of my real life (go out and shop and have dinner together) friends blog. They just either don’t have time b/c they all work or they just don’t get it. Me though? I love it! Since my dh works many long hours and I’m not really too much of a phone person this is my way of conecting with others and having fun. Oh and filling my time!
HA! I just have to laugh at this because one time I was posting a story about a run in with some weirdos at Walmart for my personal blog and accidentally posted it on the hair blog. I’m sure my readers were wondering why the heck I would post the strange story there!! I removed it as soon as I figured it out, I’m dingy sometimes! But glad I’m not the only one, LOL
I can so relate to that. I tell my husband all the time he should be my assistant. But he says if he helps with 1stopmom stuff I have to help him with car and fishing stuff. Totally boring so no thanks, lol
HA! I do that too! I have non-blogger friends who just don’t get it. My husband doesn’t quite get it either, but he does occasionally say “You should blog that.” LOL It always makes me smile.
And I have wanted a shirt that says “Careful, I may have to blog that” for a while now.
LOL I have joked on more than one occasion to my sister..”oh I’m sooo blogging that” Which is probably why she stalks me blog.
I totaly get what you mean about non bloggers ! My family is , well thats just say internet DUH! Sorry they dont understand much about the internet world let alone the blog world ! When i do try to talk to any of them they kinda look at me like Im from another world ! At first it was really frustrating cause you come across some really neat stories and I have read alot of stories that really touch my heart and of course being the person that I’m I like to share !
I find it great that I found the World of Momdot cause you all totaly get it !
As for more then one blog yeah it can be hard ! But like Gwyne said both of my blogs have different purposes so i have to stick with it !
I don’t even talk about my blog with non-bloggers except my husband. It’s gotten to the point where if the kids do something or we’re out in public and he sees something, he’ll say “You should blog that.” I think it’s his way when I’m bitching about something of saying “OK, I heard you, and I’m done. Find another way to get it out of your system.” LOL I don’t even tell most friends or family about it because my blog is where I complain about them. If they happen to find it, fine, but I’m not giving them the URL kwim? I truly think blogging is one of those things you have to do to understand.
I hear you! My few non-blogging friends think I am nuts! LOL But provide a lot of great content!
I have multiple blogs, so I totally understand! I’ve thought about going down to one blog, but really, each has it’s own purpose, so multi-blogs it is.
And when I talk about blogging to non-bloggers? They get that glazed look on their face. Except my [ex] Husband, who knows he’s going to be blogged about LOL
