The Gulf Coast boasts some of the best beaches in America and indeed in the entire world. Finding things to do here is never a problem and indeed it often becomes more of a case of actually finding enough time to do it all in!
Therefore it is often worth planning your trip carefully before going in order to make sure that you squeeze in the sights and excursions that you want without turning it into a stressful affair. After all, the Gulf Coast is also all about relaxation, soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning sea views!
The Gulf Coast is a great destination for family beach vacations and provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy white sands, cool sea breezes and lots of relaxation. However, there are also a host of quality restaurants, cafes and bars and lots of amenities for kids, from kids clubs through to children-themed restaurants, small funfairs, bowling, laser quest and more.

One of the best ways to enjoy the golf coast is from one of the many charter boats that are available for hire. These can be sailed by yourself if you have the knowledge or can come ready equipped with your own skipper who will take you out into the calm seas for a trip of a lifetime.
From these boats you can enjoy stopping further out in the sea and enjoying some snorkeling or even diving and take in the amazing marine life. Alternatively, you may wish to just sit back and enjoy the sun while you take photos of the beaches and stunning scenery that surrounds you.

The enjoyment of the water doesn’t have to stop there either as the Gulf Coast offers a variety of water sports to enjoy all of which are surprisingly affordable and offer fun to everyone from novices to experts. Do not forget to head out to the Gulf Coast and enjoy everything we have to offer before the summer season is over!

My “side” of the Gulf of Mexico doesn’t have much in the way of charter boats. We occasionally take the ferry and see dolphins. I can’t wait to get to your side again!
