Tomorrow is Charlottes first day at school

She is going to preschool….So should I be sad that she is growing up or happy I get my mornings free? Who wouldnt miss this face. Sniff.

It’s bitter sweet! I am sure you will both adapt, and when summer comes you will be like.. Um.. Don’t you have some place to go???

I know how you feel, we are getting ready to send our four year old to pre-school soon. I also just had a back to school show at http://mamastimeout.com on “empty nesters”, similar feelings I suppose.

I’m sure she will have a great day and enjoy herself! I think you will miss her but also start to enjoy your quiet time too ☺

My kids are going into 5th and 8th grades, and I’m STILL sad on the first day of school!

Oh, I’d be sad! Its always bittersweet to me when my kids reach the next stage – I’m proud of their accomplishments, but sad that the last stage is over. Good luck tomorrow!
