I know everyone is waiting on big fat dirt spill from me regarding the Type A Mom conference, but I truly had a wonderful time. It was so much better than BlogHer and Type A Mom may have restored my faith in blog conferences again.
Now that doesn’t mean I wasn’t inspired by things I saw or hear that will bring out some of my more colorful language and opinions in later articles.
You can look forward to me posting this week about:
- Does the sex industry belong in the mom industry
- PR demanding “professionalism” from Bloggers -this may include some not so nice things. I promised Ali from Blissfully Domestic I would go easy on the F word, but I am not sure. I’ll try.
- Do speakers have responsibility to not offend at conferences?
- Contest Traffic- more educational post
- Is TwitterMoms using the blogosphere and mom bloggers? Me Thinks Yes.

So glad to know someone out there is doing something RIGHT with the mommy conferences and I hope to be able to go next year!
Sweet! It was great to meet you, so sorry we didn’t talk more at Speaker Dinner- I’m not letting myself drive in strange cities any more, I should have learned my lesson a loong time ago. But you were fabulous, and I could tell you were having a great time at the conference. Your personality always jumps off the page (meant as a compliment, y’all.:) And it was even more contagious in person. I look forward to the next time!
