I still need to do something w/ some curtains or a valance or something. And the wall on the right side needs a picture….Its just all bare. But its looking better, dont you think? And the best part is, you can WIPE the wall, instead of paint it when someones finger prints get on it.

Yasmine, I was thinking a mirror or a chinese Fan. Im thinking of doing a white valance over the window and then one of those sayings on the wall above the window. then the kitchen is next.

I cannot wait until we either renovate this house the way I want or move. (i live in my inlaws old house which they built 15 years ago so were not really “allowed” to make major changes or else my MIL will kill us-this house is her pride and joy…) grr
If the other wall is bare, can i suggest a nice big mirror instead of a painting? i cant tell what u have on the other side, is that a small table? if its a long one, get a mirror that about the same length to put above on the wall. And for the corners, beside the windows on each side get 2 of those HUGE decor glass vase or two of those big weaved brown vaselike things and fill them full with those thin wooden decor sticks. I have no ide what their called, but i have that and i love it! i dont know if what i just typed even makes sense :s
