Water Lily Showerhead Review & Giveaway CLOSED

I am on an ‘upgrade my house’ tyrade, and as I told you all last month, I wanted to share some ways to make your house a little more ‘you’ while improving your lifestyle and making it homey. We started with our playroom painted mural and now we are on to the bathroom.

The bathroom in my home is one of those central focal points. For some it’s the kitchen or the living room, in our house, its the bathroom. We not only get ready here, we also take baths, play, get dressed, and its my personal center to relax in the tub and read. For my DH, its the shower to relax. At the end of the day, we are both so exhausted we can barely think so the hot water is welcome.

Now we bought our house last year and unfortunately upgraded shower heads are just not part of what a builder does. Due to my height, the shower head had to basically be pointing straight down to make a shower work for me, but be pointing OUT for it to work for my 5’10″ DH. You have no idea what its like getting into the shower with water spraying in your face trying to readjust it so it works while battling the person from before you.

Evolve showerheads jumped to our household rescue and let us try not only a showerhead that assists in keeping money IN your pocket while helping the environment, but one that is beautiful to look at as well.

waterlily11We were fortunate enough to test out the Water Lily Showerhead and its heaven. Having the right showerhead is like having the right pair of bra. You may not know its wrong till you find the right one that fits you.

About ShowerStart Technology
insight from the inventors

showerhead

What it does, is you turn the water on and as soon as the water is heated up, it turns the shower off until you hop in and pull the string down and the water blasts out. I never realized how often I walked off while the shower was heating up until I had this showerhead. To physically see it turn off and wait for me, has been eye opening and I am wondering how it will affect my water bill!

Check it out in my house: (btw, if you want sound, you must hit the sound bar, it will NOT autostart)

The handheld kind is what we prefer and the Mccaw looks like it would be just right for our shower. Good idea and I am trying to save water and the gas to heat it.
