Why to Tweet?

Katja put up this great list of 50 reasons why to be on Twitter, compiled by 50 online “tweeters” and included our reason in it!   (www.twitter.com/momdot Be our friend-oh, and its a great way to be reminded to check the contest winners!) We are in good company, because we saw a lot of our twitter friends and even MomDot contributing writers in this great video I put below! This article has some excellent information on the social networking site, Twitter, so check it out. Check out the full article HERE .

This is a screen shot of our reason.

  1. I recently started tweeting myself as a network tool. I did notice you have to tweet all day to keep yourself at the top of the list, especially if you have alot of followers and are following many.

  2. I have MomDot tweets sent to my phone..so when I live contest comes up, I can hop on the computer or even log in on my phone to participate..

My Treo was delivered today…can’t wait to get home and activate it. It should make visiting MomDot easier!!!

Hmm, seems interesting! I am no good with twitter either.

  4. It took me a long time to jump on the Twitter bandawagon. I’m not a very good tweeter (twit? twitterer? twitess?0 but I check it several times a day. It’s addicting.

I guess I don’t have active friends cuz my tweet was never this much info. Every couple days there would be something new, well besides Momdot.
And how do you actually keep the feed going….do you have to keep refreshing it? I totally didn’t get that.
I’m so glad it works for you!!
