Hi! Okay so i was wondering what breed of dog is in the picture?? I have a rescue dog named Penelope from the spca that looks EXACTLY like that dog! When i got Penny she was so young everyone was sure she was a rot and was going to be huge. Now she’s 3 and is not very huge at all, i’ve been trying to figure out what she is for 2 years now!
