This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine. If your family is like mine it’s large and sick. Okay seriously, my family really is large by today’s standards (with 4 kids I can get away with anything), and they often only share one thing… germs. That’s why I enjoy sharing things [...]

At least there weren’t a lot of gory bits on the lawn. I once found a bird’s foot on my lawn…and the rest of it in my backyard. That would have been hard to explain to Rowan.
Awww, how sad.
Aww! My cat has been chasing some robins in our yard for awhile. We were gone for the weekend and it looks as if they wised up and set up a new nest elsewhere because they haven’t been seen since. Even though it’s sad, it’s a great lesson to teach Charlotte the facts about life. I always take those opportunities to teach my kids about life and death. Happy WW Trisha!:)
Poor little bird… and poor Charlotte!
Oh no! Bye bye birdie!
Oh no!!! That’s sad.
Aww, how sad!
Ive run across a few of those in my yard we live near woods and the hawks get them all the time
Poor bird!Wonder what got her?
Of course that is shocking!
Next time turn off the wood chipper when you leave.
Sorry, that’s terrible.
HOLY CRAP
How sad! Poor thing!
It looks like the bird full on exploded. Sad for the bird and Charlotte.
Oh poor Charlotte!!!! That’s devastating!!
Feathers everywhere, that would disturb me. Maybe the bird was just molting
I would have been a mess seeing that!
Sad discovery; award worthy photo.
EW! That sucks for the bird!
Yowza! How sad
