Now there are many types of dish bristle brushes and you can see how we made a firework craft with a round dish brush, but we also have a long oval shaped one. I don’t have a square one which may have worked better, but we had fun creating “flags” with our oval one. As with the other craft, for this art project, you need

• red, blue and white finger paint
• an oval kitchen scrub brush (with or without the handle is fine)
• regular paintbrush
• paper

Dish Brush Flag Art

Simply paint on your design and then slightly put your brush on paper and move gently back and forth. You can see we attempted two designs, and an up and down stripe and a side by side stripe.
