What You Need
  • 2 pounds pork loin roast
  • 4 strips uncooked, thick-cut bacon
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
Instructions
  1. Rub the pork loin with the packet dry onion soup mix.


  2. Wrap the uncooked, thick cut bacon around the pork loin, ensuring that the ends of the bacon wrap under the roast as you place it in the crock pot bowl.

  3. Pour 1/4 cup water around the roast.

  4. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours, or until a thermometer in the center of the roast reads 160 degrees.
