Summer Fruit Salad Recipe

This Summer Fruit Salad is the perfect blend of tart and sweet, making it a tasty and healthy cold lunch for a hot day!

What You Need
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups red or green grapes (pick your favorite!)
  • 2 cups strawberries (halved)
  • 2 mangos (diced)
  • 3 kiwis (sliced, skin removed)
  • 2 large oranges OR 1 can organic mandarins in juice (peeled, divided)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Combine Fruit
  1. In your large bowl, combine all of your fruit. Use a wooden spoon to toss until thoroughly mixed.



If you plan on having leftovers, and are using canned mandarin oranges, be sure to drain the juice to prevent fruits from getting soggy.


If you know fruit will be eaten at one time, the mandarin juice is great for adding flavor and keeping fruit moist.
